Woman in a contemplative moment, lit by warm natural light

The story

The story behind Women Healing Women

This work began with a simple question: what changes when women have enough room to hear themselves? Over time, that question became a commitment to creating retreats that are both beautifully held and deeply practical.

My approach brings together guided breathwork, hypnotherapy-informed reflection, and the restorative power of intentional community. I am less interested in dramatic transformation than in helping each woman reconnect with what is already true for her.

At every retreat, care means clear agreements, spacious pacing, and the freedom to participate in ways that feel right for you. You are welcome here exactly as you are.

“The work is not to become someone new. It is to remember the parts of yourself that have always deserved care.”

Why this work matters

I believe women deserve spaces where they can arrive as they are—without needing to explain, impress, or be anything other than human. The retreats I hold weave breathwork, hypnotherapy-informed practice, rest, and reflection into an experience that honors both tenderness and resilience.

The approach

A practice of returning, not fixing.

Women Healing Women is led by a team of therapists, hypnotherapists, and certified breathwork facilitators. Together, we create practices that invite you to listen inwardly, move at your own pace, and choose what feels supportive in each moment.

01

Choice and consent

Your body and your lived experience are the authority. Every practice is an invitation, never a requirement.

02

A spacious pace

We make room for rest, reflection, and integration—because insight needs time to settle.

03

Compassionate presence

The retreat circle is held with warmth, clear boundaries, and deep respect for each woman’s story.
